It’s great that we have the option to set retention periods however I would like to see the option to split it by team. We have a few call centres around the world and each centre has requested a different call retention period.
In the Filter tab, an Operator option set to ‘Starts with’ and value ‘Country area code’ e.g+33, this could work.
